June 29th - August 1st, 2010

KTMHutt.com will be entering 2 riders in the ND500 Road Rally July 29th - August 1st, 2010. The ND500 Rally will be hosted by Nic of CinCity Designs, driver of Team NSX of Bullrun Season 3 on Speed Channel. The entire event will be professionally filmed, and photographed, as well as being hosted online in many of the most common video networking websites. For more info on the ND500 click here.

The rally is to start in Bismarck, ND and end in Yellowstone National Park with checkpoints in Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT. Total Distance 2,500 miles in 3 days... most would use a car to navigate this type of distance, we will be sending out one rider on a KTM RC8 Superbike, and a second rider on a KTM 990 Adventure.

Derek Schaff - Team RC8
My name is Derek Schaff,
I was born and raised in Bismarck, ND. I'm 21 years old and freshly single. I have been riding motorcycles for about 4 years and I have been stunt riding sport bikes for 2 years. I will be riding KTM's RC8 Superbike in the ND500. I'm not sure what the owners of KTMHutt.com are thinking, but they have donated this new and rare bike for the race. If you're a single woman with money who lives on the route planned for the ND500 and would like to ride a portion of the race with me feel free to call. Hey Cory… Good luck on that "Old Man" adventure bike you are riding!

Cory Gabbert - Team 990 Adventure
My name is Cory Gabbert,
I am the in-house AMA Supermoto racer for KTMHutt.com. I ride anything on two wheels. I've successfully raced Supermoto, Motocross, Endurocross and I am the Orange Level KTM certified tech for KTMHutt.com. I am also single like Derek, just not quite as desperate, I will not be taking on any passengers for the race, at least not without seeing a bank statement and photo one week prior to the race. I will be riding the KTM 990 Adventure during the ND500, my bike was also kindly donated by KTMHutt.com for the race. Derek… Just think how good you are going to look coming in 2nd place on that pretty orange rocket.

Shane O’Keefe - Team Manager
Hello my name is Shane O’Keefe,
I was Born and raised in Bismarck ND, I have been working at KTM Cycle Hutt for about 2 years. You guys might not know this, but I consider myself a bit of a loner. I tend to think of myself as a one-man wolf pack. But when I met Derek and Cory, I knew they were one of my own. And my wolf pack... it grew by two. So there... there were three of us in the wolf pack... I was alone first in the pack, and then Derek and Cory joined in later. And 1 month ago, when Derek introduced me to the ND 500, I thought, "Wait a second, could it be?" And now I know for sure, I am ready to manage this team. Three of us wolves, running around the prairie and mountains together, in Yellowstone, looking for Beer and Women.
I am Shane O the Team Manager of Team KTMHUTT.
